About the product
Breathe through your nose. In black.
A flexible strip sits across the bridge of your nose and gently lifts the sides outward, holding your nostrils a little more open. Matte black instead of beige, so it looks like part of your kit rather than a plaster — at night, on a run or in the gym.
Add the mouth tape
Choose Strips + mouth tape and you also get a pouch of 30 mouth tape strips to keep your lips closed while you sleep. The pack is 5% off, applied automatically in the cart.

How it works
Back to nose breathing
Plenty of people breathe through their mouth at night without noticing. A strip across the nose and a strip on the lips are a simple way to nudge yourself back to breathing through your nose.
The strips are matte black on purpose. On a run or in the gym they look like part of your kit, not like a plaster.
How to use
- Wash and dry your nose: skin oil stops the strip from sticking.
- Peel off the backing without touching the adhesive.
- Place the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils, and press the ends down for a few seconds.
- In the morning, peel it off slowly. Warm water loosens the adhesive.
- Mouth tape (pack): put one strip over your closed lips before you sleep, only if you breathe comfortably through your nose.

Questions
Will they stop my snoring?
We don't claim they do. These strips aren't a medical device: they lift the sides of your nose so breathing through it feels more open. If you snore loudly, wake up gasping or feel tired during the day, talk to a doctor.
Can I wear them while training?
Yes. Put one on clean, dry skin a few minutes before you start so the adhesive settles. Sweat and skin oil make any strip come off sooner.
What is the mouth tape for?
It keeps your lips closed while you sleep, so you breathe through your nose. Only use it if you breathe comfortably through your nose: never with a blocked nose, after alcohol or sleeping pills, or if you have sleep apnoea or another breathing condition. Not for children.
How does the 5% bundle discount work?
Pick "Strips + mouth tape" and add it to your cart. The 5% comes off automatically, no code needed.
