1. WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by Ignacio González Pérez, trading as AURMANS, NIF 55104235F, Avenida de las Suertes 67, 28051 Madrid, Spain. Contact: nachogzpz@gmail.com. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "AURMANS" refer to this business. Full details are in our Legal notice.

2. SCOPE
These terms govern your use of aurmans.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before ordering. They are complemented by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.

4. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the rate of your delivery country. Shipping and import duties are included. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

6. DELIVERY
Estimated delivery is 7–15 days from your order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person you name, receive the goods. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, you may cancel and receive a full refund, or ask us to send it again.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (we extend this to 30 days). Tell us by email, or with the model withdrawal form in our Refund Policy. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it; if it has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. 8. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Goods sold by a Spanish trader carry a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery under Spanish law, and a minimum of 2 years across the EU. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND INTENDED USE
Our products are wellness and lifestyle accessories. They are not medical devices and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, consult a qualified professional before use. Please read the safety notes on each product page. We make reasonable efforts to describe products and show colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security, or resell our products commercially without our written consent.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — text, images, logos and the AURMANS name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

14. COMPLAINTS
Write to nachogzpz@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 days. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

15. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
