Before you write

A few things are usually faster to find than to ask:

• About an order. Include your order number and the email you used at checkout — it lets us find everything in one step.
• Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, with the product unused and in its original packaging. The full conditions are in our refund policy.
• Which massage gun to buy. The buying guide covers the difference between the Core and the Titan better than a short email can.
• Plug type. Every gun ships with the charger for the region you select at checkout — EU, UK, US or AU. If you picked the wrong one, tell us your order number and we'll sort it.
